		<description>I fear not! It looks like the writer is infusing her piece with personal irony, but the supreme irony is that - she&#039;s telling it like it really is &#039;abroad&#039; - especially if you&#039;re a patriotic Russian (and ex-KGB, of course)! 

It&#039;s extremely good writing, it seems to me. I hope that we can look forward to much of the same in years to come - the writing, and the heavy Soviet-style tactics!</description>
